Our traditional al pastor done up spicy birria style. Slow roasted pork in our traditional Mexican spices, shaved off the spit and placed in a double layer of tortillas and fried up with cheese. We add in some pineapple for sweetness and finish off with our famous burnt pineapple habanero sauce.
