Our multi-grain sourdough starter was created when we opened the bakery back in 2023. Our classic sourdough bread is typically fermented between 48-72 hours, is made with unbleached, unbromated King Arthur Artisan Bread flour, and does not contain yeast.

Our soft and hearty whole grain wheat bread is a yeasted bread made with quality whole wheat flour and a touch of honey As with all of our breads we do not use bleached or bromated flour eggs dairy or any preservatives.

Our homemade carrot cake is packed with shredded carrot, crushed pineapple, coconut and raisins. Our gluten-less version is made with Krusteaz Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour. Note that we are not a GF facility, cross contact with flour dust is possible.
