Chilled Maine lobster on a toasted bun with Mayo, lemon, salt, and pepper then topped with Plugra butter (European-style butter). Served with fresh made chips.

Lobster warmed up in butter, lemon, salt & pepper. Served on a toasted brioche bun. Comes with a side of fresh chips.

The angry sampler is for someone who wants it all. We start out with a bed of chips, add some garlic lemon aioli and ranch. Then we add lobster and chives. We don’t stop there, we add cannonballs, lobster loots, and Mac and cheese bites. A lemon wedge and a side of bacon jam and pineapple smash. If we have shrimp we will usually add some too. (Not guaranteed)
