5.1% Cream Ale. A light-bodied, refreshing crusher built for easy drinking. A blend of base and specialty malts creates a smooth foundation, rounded out with CT-grown Thrall Family Malt flaked corn and a touch of choice German hops. Sure to let the dogs out...Woof.

4.5% New England Pale Ale dry-hopped with Citra, Chinook & Simcoe. This beer is all about balance and mouthfeel, and is super round with no rough edges - we deployed a proprietary water profile that is airy and soft. It is delicately hopped with Idaho-grown Chinook layered carefully throughout the boil, followed by a restrained amount of Chinook, Simcoe, and Citra in the dry hop.

5.4% Biére Ambrée. A light-bodied, dry Belgian-style amber ale where nutty malt plays off spicy, fruity fermentation character.

4.3% English-style Golden Ale. An easy-drinking pub-style ale - clean & refreshing with gentle notes of fresh bread and citrusy hops. This beer receives a modest dry hop of both UK East Kent Goldings and New York state-grown Cascade hops, putting an American twist on a classic English style.

5% Trappist-inspired Single Ale. This graceful beer displays an expressive blend of fruity aromatics, full malt character, gentle hops, and a dry, estery finish. A rare style not usually seen outside Belgium (and a staff favorite here), this is our take on the table beers made in Trappist monasteries for the monks' own everyday enjoyment.

7% West Coast-style IPA dry-hopped with Simcoe, Centennial & Columbus. Fresh pine, orange pith, malt, citrus-forward bitterness.

5% German-style Fest Lager. Brewed with heirloom German Pilsner malt, Noble hops & Bavarian lager yeast, our Oktoberfest lager pours a rich golden hue with aromas of fresh bread dough & honey-like malt character. Full-bodied & smooth with a little whiff of herbal hops & a clean finish.

6.5% New England IPA dry-hopped with Citra & Mosaic. Soft & fluffy with notes of tropical fruit, sweet citrus, and bready malt.

4.5% New England Pale Ale dry-hopped with Citra, Chinook & Simcoe. 5.6% West Coast-style Pale Ale. Catch a little luck in every pour…Rabbit’s Foot is a crisp, clear and hoppy pale ale with a west coast twist. Layered with Mosaic and multiple forms of Simcoe - from oils and extracts to traditional pellets - Rabbit's Foot is a punchy yet balanced beer bursting with pine, citrus, and tropical fruit.

5.9% Extra Special Bitter. A hearty pub-style ale with notes of fresh biscuit, marmalade, and earthy herbal hops. Brewed with Marris Otter Malt, East Kent Goldings Hops, and our house ale yeast.

6% Oak-aged Peach Beer. A blend of various wine barrel-aged beers aged on peaches harvested in 2022 by our friends at Woodland Farm in Glastonbury, CT. Featherbed is a series of small-batch beers featuring the interplay of whole, ripe local fruit, mixed culture fermentation, and oak barrel-aging.

8.5% Trappist-inspired Tripel. We place emphasis on a wide range of yeast-driven aromatics in this strong golden ale. Through many trials we arrived at a point where strong citrus & spicy phenol flavors dance on a bed of soft honey-like malt & gentle herbal hop character. In the Tarot, the Knight of Pentacles represents the determination, diligence & effort necessary to turn a dream into reality. Our brewers have worked hard to present you with a beer that was once only a dream. Enjoy mindfully & in good health!

6% Foeder-aged Farmhouse-style Ale. A mixed culture-fermented golden ale conditioned for 12 months in our French oak foeder. Tart, lively & complex while maintaining everyday drinkability.
