Light refreshing lager brewed with 20% American corn and local Pilsen malts from Riverbend Malt House. Expect notes of melon, honeysuckle, and floral in the nose. Hops are Liberty and Loral. Clean and low bitterness.

A slight twist on our beloved Collateral. Brown/Amber hues from the addition of caramel and chocolate malts. Malts: Chesapeke pilsen, Bloody Butcher corn, caramel, chocolate. Hops: Hallertau Mittlefruh.

Inspired by the Three Kings Reliquary in Cologne, Germany—the birthplace of the Kölsch style—this crisp, refreshing ale is fermented cold for a clean, lager-like character. Light citrus and floral notes mingle with cracker-like malt, subtle fruitiness, and a balanced touch of bitterness.

A rich and smooth Munich Dunkel with bready, biscuit-like malt character backed by subtle chocolate and roast notes. Deeply malty without being overly sweet, with just enough bitterness to keep things balanced and easy drinking.

Traditional German Hefeweizen beer. This beer is hazy, orange in color. Aroma is banana and clove. We brewed this beer with Riverbend Pilsner and Pecan Smoked Wheat malt, and Liberty hops.

This barleywine was brewed for GA Beer Festival in collaboration with MAZURT Brewing, celebrating all GA breweries. It features a "Pecan Pie" inspired twist. GA Pecans from Pearsons Farms were added to a massive malt bill exclusively from Riverbend Malt. Flavor: cinnamon, vanilla, caramel, pecan, leather, coconut. ALLERGEN: CONTAINS TREE NUTS

In honor of our friends at Washington's Wharf in Cumming. The Wharfinger is the person in charge of all things happening on their wharf. This beer features a new malt from Riverbend Malt house, called "Ridgeline Red" All Riverbend malts were used, and a healthy dose of CTZ and Simcoe hops. Appearance: Red in color with a white foam head. Aroma: Slightly malty and fruity. Flavor: Rich malt and caramel notes with a balanced hop finish.

Named after a section of the Snake River Valley. Honey was also used in Norse tradition. Raise a pint to victory and health! Style: American Brown Ale Appearance: Brown with off-white/tan head. Aroma: sweet, nutty, floral. Flavor: Light body with malty and floral notes from the honey. Bitterness is balanced with a clean finish. Featuring local honey from Tesnatee Meadery.

Zlime Time is a refreshing sour ale featuring Key Lime and Black Currant. Appearance: Thin white head and pink/purple in color. Aroma : Citrus and earthy with an effervescent quality. Flavor: Citrusy with a pleasant tartness. Finish has some whispers of the malts and the salts.

Bier Garden was inspired by our brewers that pride themselves on their gardening skills. This beer is loosely based on a Kölsch style. Cucumber and lime all the way through with a delicate and refreshing finish.

*Contains lactose* A decadent milk stout layered with roasted malt, coffee, and vanilla for a smooth, tiramisu-inspired sip. Appearance: Dark amber/black with an off-white/tan head. Aroma: Roast, coffee, vanilla. Flavor: Silky, malty, sweet with a dry finish.

Alpine Gold is our take on a beloved Belgain Wit (wheat beer) style. 50% pale malt and 50% wheat malt. Liberty Hops (US). Sweet orange peel and coriander are added late in the boil to spice it up. Think "Blue Moon."

A very hazy, juicy, and smooth NEIPA ringing in at an easy 5.4% ABV. Enjoy aromatics of tropical fruits and citrus. Out west, cowboys get paid once a year, after a culmination of a year's hard work. We think this delicious IPA is a perfect reward too.

Hazy IPA brewed with Strata, Mosaic, and a small amount of CTZ. Large hop additions in the whirlpool and fermenter. Soft, velvety and dank, with complex fruit flavors of strawberry and passionfruit.

Montañero means mountain people or mountaineer. This lager is inspired by the arepas de mote found in the mountain regions of Antioquia Colombia. Corn based bread product typically cooked over hot coals that include the corn husk. This is a collaboration with Casa Vieja Brewery from Colombia. The DEETS: Malt: Riverbend Pilsner, Vienna and Cumberland Corn. Hops: Saaz. Yes we did add arepas de mote to make it like the original. Apperance: Straw to golden with a white head. Aroma: Bread, wheat, cracker, citrus, floral. Taste: malt, wheat, corn, cracker, slightly fruity. Finish: Sweet with a balanced bitter finish.

Founders Run is NoFo's 7 Year Anniversary beer and an ode to our original NoFo Team members: Joe Garcia, Jonny Bradley, Justin Kendrick, Sara Greene, Jenny Young, Jake Baudin, and Chris Rogers. This brilliant West Coast IPA is brewed with 100% Riverbend malts alongside some experimental hops and hop oils. Expect deep and rich malt characteristics with some piney, citrusy old school hop flavors and aromas.

A delicate wave of malt-forward aromatics and creamy foam will leave you feeling refreshed, just like a "bluebird day" on the slopes. This gluten reduced beer is soft, light and slightly sweet with a subtle spiciness from the native Czech Saaz hops. Best paired with a beautiful day outdoors.
