***Rum Hut Booking Agreement -- Booking and Cancellation Policy*** -- All bookings are in 2 hour increments -- Friday Night cover charge NOT INCLUDED -- Reservations canceled more than 7 days before the booking date will receive a refund, subject to a $10 processing fee. This policy applies to all cancellations, including those due to weather. Reservations canceled within 7 days of the scheduled booking date are non-refundable. -- Please order food and beverages on-site at our food counter and bars. Alternatively, orders can be placed online via the Toast app. -- If your booking is affected due to inclement weather, Nomans will reschedule your Rum Hut to a later date at no additional charge. -- Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited. Have a cake? Hey, that’s ok! Bring it on in. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide candles and/or cake-cutting utensils. Do not bring a kitchen knife into our establishment. Just don’t do it! -- While we do not prohibit decorations, we kindly ask that guests use discretion when decorating their space. Decorations may not be used in a way that affects the service or the overall experience of other Nomans' patrons. Nomans reserves the right to veto any decorations or behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive. By pre-paying for your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
