The meal was great. There was just the one time that I ordered 5 types of Specialty Maki that we waited almost half hour. Felt exasperated because they made the smaller orders that came after us. They did apologize and said we have a big order. Additional surprise was my tip got bumped to 20% when I picked 15% (I was griping because we waited)
