I travel for work throughout the United States. I try to hit BBQ whenever I can to compare. North south Madison is the best BBQ and favorite restaurant in the United States. There is nothing on the menu I have tried that has not been above an 8 on my 1-10 scale. Every time I am within 40 miles of Madison, North South is a mandatory stop. I cannot say enough about how happy my tummy is when leaving after eating. In fact, I am driving home tonight, I am going to get take out to bring home.
