Against our better judgment, we now bring you Beyond Unreasonable, a quadruple dry-hopped Hazy Quadruple IPA. A massive amount of Simcoe Cryo, Krush Cryo, Simcoe, Citra, Galaxy, and Peacharine went into this beer for notes of juicy mango, peach candy, passion fruit, and kiwi Hi-Chew. Bigger than big, larger than large, hoppier than hoppy…it’s Beyond Unreasonable indeed! 12% ABV

We loaded this refreshing beverage with the finest German malts we could find to deliver a delicate and soft malt backbone reminiscent of delicious fresh baked bread. We layered on the Czech Saaz and German Perle hops to create a mildly spicy and pleasantly floral hop aroma that doesn't quit. Brimming with Citra, Nugget, and Nelson Sauvin, Carving is Hard features big citrus, stone fruit and white grape notes, with a thick body and smooth mouthfeel that’s sure to bring on a toothy grin.
