They bestowed their recipe upon us, and now we’re proud to present to you our version of Sixes, double dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Nectaron. Devilishly delicious, this one boasts notes of lime and grapefruit zest, apricot, and pine wrapped up with a dry, moderately bitter finish. Beware the beer of the beast! 6.66% ABV

We teamed up with one of our favorite baseball players, Gavin Sheets, for a triple dry-hopped Hazy IPA release! The bases are fully loaded with layers of Citra, Citra DynaBoost, Citra Cryo, Motueka, and Galaxy. Notes of pulpy OJ, mango, and pineapple knock your senses out of the park for a certified grand slam in a can! 7% ABV

This week we’re rolling out the byproduct of all their soul-searching: Plus It Up! We dialed this TDH Hazy DIPA up a notch with a mesmerizing mix of Southern Cross, Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, Citra, Citra Cryo, & Rakau SubZero Hop Kief. Luscious orange creamsicle is the star of this aromatic show, paired with vibrant tangerine, lemon, and earthy pine. Tasting notes of drippy tangerine, cherry limeade, and dried apricot linger along with a luxuriously creamy mouthfeel. More, please! 8.4% ABV

Lovingly layered with traditional Noble hops, this Pils offers delightful notes of honey wheat bread, cracker, and an herbaceous touch with a grassy, mild bitterness. It’s exactly the sort of beer that makes you want to throw on some lederhosen and drink outside with friends. 4.6% ABV

A Brighter Green is our newest triple dry-hopped Hazy Double IPA, bursting with aromas of tropical pineapple, lingering pine, and ripe melon. Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin Cryo, Citra DynaBoost, Nectaron Cryo, Rakau, Manilita, & Peacharine lend tasting notes of sticky pine resin, mango, and pineapple. Despite the name, this one is a creamy light yellow in appearance, and as hazy as they come. So recover from that hike or post up at the park with a can of A Brighter Green! 8.5% ABV

Brewed with our favorite Pilsner malt and copiously hopped with Czech Saaz and German Perle, Bird Park has delicate malty flavors of fresh baked bread and crackers with hop aromas that are pleasantly floral with notes of lemon zest and subtle spice. We brewed this Mexican style Lager with toasty Vienna and bready Pilsner malts with a hefty dose of flaked maize to keep the body lean and make the drinking so easy that you don't even have to try! Ultra pale in appearance with subtle aromas of fresh bread, jasmine rice, soft spice, and a clean dry finish that pairs wonderfully with a sunny day in San Diego. 5.0% ABV

We’ll remember it as crisp, dry, clear, & clean, perfectly palatable, and pleasantly bitter. How else could we describe this wonderfully thirst-quenching, crowd-pleaser-of-the-past? Perhaps, it’s double dry-hopped with Krush, Mosaic, and Citra, and offers aromas of oily pine, earthy resin, and a splash of dankness.
