    OG ZaZa but on wheels! Our pizza trailer serves up New Haven style (well done and thin crust) hand tossed 12" pizzas cooked in 5-7 minutes in our custom wood fire brick oven! We use fresh local ingredients, and everything is made from scratch. Fast and fresh. Located outside of the Dangerous Man Brewery.
