Texas Game DinnerA Wild Game Experience at Oma Leen’s Some meals begin with a recipe. This one begins with where we came from. Join us at Oma Leen’s for a special evening celebrating the wild game, traditions & the people that shaped the way we cook today. Inspired by a childhood spent on a West Texas game ranch, this multi-course dinner will explore wild game through the lens of Oma Leen’s — pairing the flavors & traditions we grew up with alongside the refined, thoughtful cooking that defines our restaurant today. And for one course, we’re going all the way back to the source. Barbara Dockery, a.k.a. Grammy will be joining us in the kitchen to prepare her chicken-fried venison — the real thing, made by the woman who has been cooking it for our family for generations. Throughout the evening, expect interesting plays on Texas game sourced from Broken Arrow Ranch, local ingredients, stories from the ranch & dishes rooted as much in memory as they are in technique. This isn't simply a wild game dinner. It's a little piece of our family's table, brought to Oma Leen's for one night. Limited seating available. $175 per guest, plus alcohol, tax, and gratuity.
