The Mixology Showcase is an adventure for your taste buds, a one-of-a-kind event you don't want to miss. Cocktail enthusiasts - immerse yourself in the art of mixology as we unveil a curated selection of three handcrafted cocktails in small group demonstrations by mixologist Jake Konrad from Proof Cocktails, along with four custom courses of mouthwatering food pairings by Omni Kitchen + Bar. Every month is a different theme, which means unique cocktails and food pairiings to match, taking us far off our regular menu. The room and staff will be set to match the theme, with guests invited to join in, giving you an immersive experience and an opportunity to do something different. It's for guests that like adventure and taking a chance on the unknown, as we don't reveal the cocktails or food courses until they are being served. But don't worry, your dietary needs will be met as we will have plant-based, dairy-free, and gluten-free alternatives. We will also avoid any personal allergies or dislikes that you share with us via our prepartion form, which you will be prompted to complete upon purchasing your tickets, so that you feel safe trying out new things.
