One of two new coffees from our new partners at Finca Terrerito. This lot is a dark-roast from Finca La Unica. The farm is operated by Leticia Lopez, a fifth generation coffee producer and the daughter of Adelmo Lopez (owner of Finca Terrerito). Leticia acquired this land in 2016. Previous management had depleted the soil through over-farming and deforestation. Lopez reinvigorated the land and transformed it into a coffee farm. Dark Chocolate, Blackstrap, Blackberry, Amaretto.
