Join us at One North East Lansing for an evening celebrating the wines of Banfi and the flavors of Italy. This 5-course pairing dinner begins with a pan-seared scallop paired with Banfi Vermentino, followed by fresh pappardelle with San Marzano tomato sugo and Banfi Chianti Classico DOCG. The evening continues with slow-braised pork shoulder paired with Banfi Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, seared Wagyu beef with Belnero Toscana IGT and a cherry semifreddo paired with Brachetto d’Acqui DOCG. Each course has been thoughtfully created to complement its featured wine and take guests on a journey from the Italian coast through Tuscany and into Piedmont.
