RESERVATION & LOUNGE POLICY Reservation Time Slots Early Lounging 🕕 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM Tables reserved during this time have a 2.5-hour limit. Your table will be required for the next seating between 10:15 PM – 10:30 PM. Late-Night Lounging 🕘 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM Grace Period We offer a 15-minute grace period for all reservations. If you are running later, please call or text (978) 701-4699 to confirm your arrival. Reservations may be released after 15 minutes without notice. Reservations are not accepted after 10:30 PM. If your party size changes, please notify us in advance, as it may affect seating. Deposits Parties of 5 or more require a $50 deposit to secure a table Parties of 13+ guests must call directly to reserve Before You Arrive Tabs & Payments We do not offer individual tabs per guest You may split the total using multiple payment methods All tabs are pre-authorized Holds begin at $75+, depending on your tab Pre-authorizations are automatically voided once payment is processed Depending on your bank, holds may appear temporarily and typically clear within 1–2 business days Age Requirement ONE Spot is a 21+ lounge A valid physical photo ID is required — no photos or copies accepted. Accepted IDs (per Massachusetts law): U.S. Driver’s License Massachusetts Liquor ID U.S. Military ID U.S. Passport Foreign Passport (required for international guests) 🚫 Foreign licenses or ID cards are not accepted No ID = No Entry (No Exceptions) Parking Parking is limited. We recommend carpooling or using our overflow lot: 📍 166 Merrimack St, Methuen (across from the barbershop) Please avoid parking on neighboring side streets.
