Having the privilege to judge the Mexico Cup of Excellence competition in 2025, I knew first-hand the high-quality coffees available in the Sierra Nevada mountain range. We purchased this coffee from producer Gilberto Cabrera, who was a National Winner. Through our Farmer Direct Relationship Program with partner Anabella Meneses from Acatenango, Guatemala, we are able to present this limited offering of natural process Gesha from her farm Santa Felisa Estate. This uniquely delicious varietal is picked with an eye on the lunar calendar and processed with care to provide a classic Gesha profile of complex stone fruits such as peach & plum along with melon and cassis jam, a wonderful peach and jasmine floral aroma, honey sweetness, and a lush mouthfeel.

The shaken cold brew is made by mixing our cold brew concentrate with a special house-made syrup and a pinch of cinnamon, then topped with milk. We suggest customers gently swirl the drink 2 or 3 times before each sip, until it is eventually fully mixed, to experience different flavor notes in each sip. It starts as subtly sweet, cinnamon coffee cake taste, slowly changing until you reach a melted bailey’s ice cream flavor. Yum! *This drink only comes with WHOLE or OAT milk *We do not recommend using a straw until the drink is fully mixed

This blend incorporates the best of full bodied Indonesian coffee and the wonderful lush acidity from Central & South America coffees to create a complex medium to full body coffee full of chocolate, spice and a hint of earthiness, plus a wonderful bright floral acidity that is enjoyable anytime of the day.

Grown by Maya Indian farmers in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico, this coffee is brought to us by a cooperative of approximately 70 producers, 50 of whom are women. The cooperative was founded by Rosalba Cifuentes Tovia of the Mayan community in Bella Vista, Chiapas. It aims to pay producers a higher premium than is typically offered in the region, with the goal of improving quality and creating a more sustainable venture for the community. It is decaffeinated using organic MC (methylene chloride), which is a compound that occurs naturally in oceans and algae, as well as in the soil near volcanoes, like El Chichón located northwest of Chiapas. Another flavorful decaf that stands up to the decaffeination process. This high-grade Colombian bean has plenty of body with brown sugar, orange, spice & a floral aroma. Bold and wonderful with milk, it is excellent for espresso!

8oz whole bean bag. Can grind on request. Grown high in the hills of Ethiopia at over 5,000 feet, this coffee has had time to mature slowly and develop a flavor profile that is unique and delicious. The growing Cooperative specially sorts the coffee to have Zero defects, allowing for the highest quality, and the wonderful citrus zest, floral aromatics, and molasses and spice flavors.

On a visit with 4th generation farmers Anabella & Antonio Meneses from Santa Felisa Estate in Guatemala, they shared this carefully cultivated varietal blend with me and I immediately wanted to share it! This interesting combination of Bourbon & Pache varietals is intensely brown sugar & honey sweet, with ripe plum, red grape & date flavors, and a creamy & sweet walnut finish.

This vibrant natural processed Red Pacamara varietal gives us flavors of caramel brûléed grapefruit with snappy cranberry & green apple that mellows to red apple and a kola nut, finishing in baking spice, like clove & anise, and lime zest.

This honey process Java varietal is a new coffee from our producer-partners Luis Alberto and his son Luis Jr. Processed carefully at the family’s mill, Beneficio Nuevo Segovia, the coffee really shines with honeysuckle and fresh fruit sweetness, gentle acidity, hints of cocoa & fruit tea that evolves into smooth oolong green tea notes as the cup cools.

Scott first tried this coffee at Beneficio Nuevo Segovia and knew he wanted to share it with our customers. This coffee also took 5th place in the Cup of Excellence event, showing he wasn’t the only one that appreciated it! This award winning coffee shines due to the painstaking care taken at the Beneficio in its process and drying, giving it a wonderfully balanced tropical fruit and lime zest acidity, floral honey sweetness and lush silky body.

This award winning natural process coffee highlights the care taken at the Beneficio and how the same coffee can taste completely different, depending on that process. In this case the Pacamara varietal is dried naturally, giving it a sparkling mouthfeel, complex tropical fruits, floral aroma, long lasting sweetness & an effervescent body.

This natural process Paraiso varietal was grown and processed by our friend and producer-partner Luis Alberto. At his family’s mill, Beneficio Nuevo Segovia, Luis takes great care in the final processing. It shows in the red floral aroma and flavors of watermelon candy, cranberry, strawberry & caramel sweetness in a juicy body.

In 2013, I met Edith Meza as a judge for the National Barista Competition in Peru, and I am proud to enter our second decade personally sourcing coffees from her Finca Tasta. This coffee is a natural process Caturra varietal producing a fruit-forward cup with grapefruit and lots of complex dried fruits balanced with brown sugar, raisin and a delightful spark of candied lime in the aftertaste.

8oz whole bean bag. Can grind on request. A blend of some of the best beans coming out of the Pacific Rim and East Africa growing regions. This wonderfully fragrant medium and dark roast mélange balances 85% dark chocolate bitters and deep earth tones with a soft caramel and citrus sweetness. A syrupy, robust body delivers this bouquet with aplomb, proving equally delicious as espresso and as a cappuccino. The spicy finish beckons you back for another sip. This coffee is highly addictive.

Created as a tribute to the amazing sunsets seen from our western-facing Roastery, this blend of our Zero Defect Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (YergZ) and the delightfully unique Sumatra Royal Badger merges the best of both coffees. The citrus from the YergZ is transformed into a smooth cherry acidity, and the baking spice from the Sumatra balances it out, combining to bring a syrupy molasses-sweetness in the body.
