Bonkers Bagels are the result of our efforts to create unique and wild flavor combinations to wow your taste buds and "Make You Go Hmmm".

We source wonderful gluten-free bagels so those with gluten allergies or sensitivities can enjoy all that Open Sesame has to offer! We do not make the gluten-free bagels in-house because we want to avoid any chance of potential gluten contamination so as not to negatively affect our guests.

We import are cold-smoked salmon from the Acme Smoked Fish Corp. in New York. Order as much as you like!

To make our pastrami, we start with a side of brisket that we brine for five days. We then roast it and then smoke it for hours to create a tasty treat that will leave you craving more.

We make our sausage from scratch, and you can order as many pattys as you want!

Our housemade turkey starts with a raw turkey breast that we roast and then smoke to perfection.
