Open SesameLA

At Open Sesame, we craft bold, soulful Mediterranean cuisine deeply rooted in tradition. Our recipes trace back through centuries of Phoenician, Greek, Arab, Roman, and Ottoman influences... all brought to life with fresh, carefully selected ingredients and genuine care. For us, food is about more than flavor... it’s about creating moments, evoking memories, and experiencing that rare pause when a bite captivates your senses. We make everything from scratch, honoring authenticity without shortcuts. Since 1999, we’ve been dedicated to sharing a taste of Lebanon with Southern California... inviting you to come hungry and leave inspired. Ali Kobeissi
