Please take a moment to review our reservation policy below: 1. **Reservation Timing**: Your reservation time indicates when your table is expected to be ready; however, please be aware that this does not guarantee immediate seating at the exact time. We will do our best to accommodate your reservation promptly. 2. **Modifying Your Reservation**: If you cannot attend at your reserved time, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible, which can be done through your confirmation SMS. 3. **Reservation Hold Time**: Reservations during lunch hours are held for a grace period of 5 minutes. After this time, your reservation may be subject to cancellation or reassignment, especially during high-demand periods. 4. **Deposits for Large Parties**: - For parties of 10 to 15 guests, a $100 deposit is required. - For parties of 15 to 30 guests, a $200 deposit is required. - For parties greater than 30 guests, a $500 deposit is required. - Deposits can be canceled with a full refund if done 48 hours in advance. Upon your arrival, the deposit will be transferred to your table check when seated. 5. **Self-Booking Limit**: Our system allows self-booking for parties up to 15 people.
