This is a classic Emilian Lambrusco, with a more depth to the fruit, since Denny works so carefully in the vineyard: sweet-sour berries, with that classic Emilian bitter note on the finish.

A vibrant, organic sparkling rosé produced by the Cosmo family's Col di Luna winery at the foot of the Dolomites in Italy's Veneto region. Made exclusively from the indigenous Raboso Piave grape, this dry, "brut" style wine features notes of pomegranate, cranberry, and brambly fruit.

A sparkling wine obtained naturally, which expresses notes of geranium, strawberry and raspberry. It has a fine deep pink colour with a purplish-blue disc typical of Pinot noir. The wine was pioneered by Giacomo Bologna in 1961 as a playful, refreshing take on the traditional Barbera grape. It is crafted using 100% Barbera grapes, aged in stainless steel, and made slightly bubbly using the Charmat method in pressurized tanks. Cala Bianco is Dario Serrentino from Mortellito's spin on the white grapes from the northwest of Sicilia. He works with the specific clone of Catarratto that's called 'Catarratto Extra Lucido' - Extra Shiny Catarratto - which gives wines with more texture, depth, and color that the common Catarratto usually found throughout Sicilia. Dry. Textural, medium-plus body. Orange oil, volcanic lemon, white tea, almond husk. Lifted acidity brightens things up on lightly saline finish.

100% Cortese. The grapes are from 20+ year old vineyards that have never seen chemicals. The wine is wild fermented on the skins for 3 days and aged all in steel, then lightly filtered and bottled with minimal sulfur. The skin contact gives a hint of tea-like tannins, but this is not a classic 'orange' and is indeed more a bianco. Beautiful and light with tropical notes, crushed apple on the finish.

A unique take on this iconic white from Piemonte, is a fine straw-yellow color with a greenish hue. Aged in stainless steel for 4+ months on the lees with regular battonage and bottled unfined or filtered. Cloudy due to presence of residual yeast. Grapefruit aromatics alongside notes of peach and lychee. A pleasantly tart wine with hints of Golden Delicious apple on the palate. Chill, shake, serve!

This is the sisters' skin-contact white, but it just gets a fleeting kiss from the skins -- 13 hours -- rather than days, as with many orange wines. But that's all it needs to develop its lovely texture and complexity. It smells like pine trees and their resin - like those umbrella pines baking in the Mediterranean sun that you find all over the Sicilian coast. So basically this wine smells like the coast of Sicily in the summer -- not a bad start. But the palate delivers as well - rich and sunny tasting, it tastes like juicy peach and orange juice with a hint of almond and ginger and a briny saltiness on the finish. Not a huge amount of acid, but enough to keep the ripe fruit flavors from becoming cloying.

the co-ferment stands in the ground between red, white, and rosé. It’s eminently chillable because it has lighter tannins than a regular red, it’s got more flavor and aroma than a rosé by virtue of its longer skin contact, and it has all the savory tang of the limestone soils and cold nights

This rosé of Montepulciano has a floral, earthy, umami-like nose, with aromas of rose water, citrus blossom, sour cherry and topsoil. The palate has deeper, more mature fruit flavors of cherry and strawberry, but also a balancing undertone of salty stone that sets up a finish of blood orange zest. Complex and funky. Lively acidity. 100% Ansonica with roughly 10 days of skin contact that sees spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. It is then aged on fine lees in old barriques for most of a year. There is minimal added sulfur, no clarification, and only light filtration before bottling. ‘We strongly believe in a truly shared project,’ i ragazzi profess, ‘to produce a wine that we like and can represent what Ansonica means to us, as producers, and as Tuscan people.’ It’s deep and intense gold in the glass with perfumes of mature stones fruits – all of the peaches and nectarines – Mediterranean herbs, white pepper, white balsamic, and blood orange. Sunny, round, and pleasantly tea-like, with notably firm tannins and a dry, seaside-inflected finish.

Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot from Tuscany, Italy From March through August the weather was cool and rainy. This climate gave the wine a very intense ruby colour with brilliant reflections. On the nose it shows delicious hints of red and black fruits, with a triumph of ripe blackberry and raspberry. Juicy dark fruity notes through with a long, satisfying finish.

Savuto Classico comes from the local grapes Magliocco 80% (Arvino) and Greco Nero 20% . Deep ruby red. Intense and lasting with hints of black cherry, black currant and berries. Notes of wild violet, spices and balsamic complete the aromatic picture of a wide complexity. Dry and smooth with a fruity full end. Supported by good acidity and by austere quality of tannins that evolve over time to a complex intense and consistent balance. After a long fermentation, it is left to ageing in French oak made from fine-grained, medium roasted, second and third step for the first 6-8 months. The rest of the maturation process is split between steel and bottle always keeping a controlled temperature to conserve the natural taste of products.

This is an exciting new wine from a young duo making waves in Piedmont winemaking. Melascone is a blend of Nebbiolo, Croatina, and Vespolina, sourced from old vineyards around Bramaterra and Lessona in the Alto Piemonte. Fermented with native yeast, using minimal sulfur. The 2022 vintage is a blast of wild red fruit, dried herbs, violet, and just a hint of black pepper from the Vespolina. Think of this Rosso as similar to a Beaujolais or a Loire Cab Franc

The Gamay Noir is all about vibrant fruit and gentle extraction. Starting with a romantic overnight encounter with our fermenting Rosé, then finished with a semi-carbonic fermentation, it's juicy but never jammy.

It is composed of Cabernet Sauvignon (60 to 40% depending on the vintage), Alicante Bouschet (30-20%) and Merlot (20-10%). For 12/18 months, 50% matures in steel and the other half in medium toasted French oak barriques and tonneaux of which only 30% are new, selected from different woods of origin and tonnelleries. It then refines in the bottle for another 12 months before being released onto the market. It is a complex and long-lived wine, but at the same time endowed with freshness and excellent drinkability. The Mediterranean scrub and the sunshine of the Maremma, the fields and the hills reverberate in this joyful wine full of character.
