The Original Traditional Turkish Coffee, Brewed according to the Great Ottoman Coffee Makers since 1554, Turkish coffee leaves a long lasting taste on one’s palate due to its preparation techniques that require time. It is softer, more aromatic and more concentrated than other type of coffee. Balanced acidity, light-body, medium intensity of flavours, creamy finish. It is easy to distinguish from other coffees with its aroma, ground and foam peculiar to it. Iced V60 and Iced Chemex are two popular methods for brewing iced coffee, both producing a clean, crisp, and flavorful cup. Here’s a comparison of each. V60 brewing tends to produce a lighter-bodied, cleaner cup of coffee due to its thin paper filter, which removes more oils and sediment from the coffee. Iced V60 highlights the coffee's delicate and complex flavors, especially in lightly roasted beans. Bright acidity and fruity notes are typically more prominent. The Chemex produces a fuller-bodied cup than the V60, though it still results in a clean brew because its thick filter traps oils and fine particles. The Chemex filter is often twice as thick as a V60 filter. Iced Chemex tends to emphasize smoother, more balanced flavors with slightly more body. It is excellent for highlighting sweet and chocolatey notes, though it still maintains clarity and brightness.
