Art Café Reservation Policies Reservation Time Reservations include two hours at your table. When seating allows, you’re welcome to linger a little longer. Arrival Please arrive on time. We’ll hold your table for 15 minutes, but late arrival may reduce your studio time. Party Size Please include everyone who will need a seat in your reservation, including non-participating guests. Cancellations Plans change! Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Art Experiences Art experiences are selected and purchased when you arrive. Outside art supplies are not permitted during reserved studio sessions. Children Young artists are welcome! Children must remain supervised by an adult throughout their visit. Food & Drinks Outside food and beverages are not permitted, but you’re welcome to bring coffee from our neighboring coffee shop. Exceptions are always made for medical or dietary needs. Alcohol is not permitted. Artwork Finished artwork goes home with you at the end of your visit unless otherwise noted for a specific experience. Creative Messes Art gets messy—we expect it, and we’re happy to clean it up! Normal spills, splatters, and creative chaos are part of the experience. Guests may be responsible for excessive or intentional damage to furniture, supplies, or the studio. Thank you for helping us keep The Painted Lady a welcoming, creative space for everyone.
