Painted Rooster1601 Central Avenue

Painted Rooster began as an idea that wouldn’t go away. A belief that a restaurant could be both familiar and fresh, rooted in neighborhood energy yet built to stand out. We wanted a place that felt alive. A place that honored the craft of good food and the art of genuine hospitality. What started as conversations between friends turned into early mornings, late nights, and the pursuit of something authentic. Every detail tells a piece of that journey, from the towering rooster painted by a local artist to the playlists rolling through the speakers as the day turns to night. It’s a place that reflects the people who built it: hard-working, hopeful, and unafraid to dream big. And while our wings and sandwiches might get the headlines, our salads are where that dream shows up in full color - crisp, balanced, bright, and a little unexpected.
