Amendments: Please amend your reservation using the link in your email confirmation or call the restaurant directly and speak with a member of our team to cancel or amend any reservations. We are unable to amend reservations via email. Lack of Availability: To request priority seating, fill out the form. If your desired time slot is not available for selection, please call the restaurant and speak with a member of our team who will endeavour to assist you. Table Allocations: We will do our best to accommodate all table requests; however, tables are allocated on arrival and cannot be guaranteed. Children: We welcome children of all ages. However, please do count them (including babies) into your final party size. If you require a highchair or space for a pushchair, please specify this at the time of booking. Birthday Celebrations: We welcome birthdays at Papa’s Fish & Chips. It is recommended that you notify the restaurant manager on the day that a member of your party is celebrating their birthday. We welcome our guests celebrating their birthdays to bring their own celebration cake, which we will gladly store and bring to the table upon request. Dietary Requirements: All of our menus are available on our website, but should you have any specific requirements related to an allergy or intolerance, please specify at the time of your visit and our team will assist you with the menu on the day. Notes added to bookings are not forwarded to chefs on the day of your visit and will not be deemed as notification of dietary requirements. Email Confirmation: Should you not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. Should you still be unable to locate your confirmation email, please don’t hesitate to call the restaurant directly and speak with a member of management who will assist you. Pre-Payment: We are unable to process pre-payments/BACS transfers; however, we do offer gift vouchers on our website. Dogs: We are unable to allow dogs in the restaurant. However, registered assistance dogs are of course welcome. Each restaurant is complemented by outdoor seating which is suitable for guests who wish to sit outside with their dogs.
