De Buxy Wine Class with special guest, Director, Rémi Marlin. Added to the class lineup in October of Burgundy Wine Classes, Parker's Table presents a bonus class this month featuring wines from Côte Chalonnaise. It's all of the goodness of Burgundian wines without the stratospheric prices. The Cave de Vingerons de Buxy is of our favorite producers from this region, and we're excited to have leading director Rémi Marlin speak about these wines. "Founded in 1931 by growers in the Côte Chalonnaise, the cave has built its reputation on one guiding principle, which Rémi describes as the company's DNA: the quality of the wine." Seating is limited.

Once again Meredith has brought a winemaker from Piedmont to showcase his world class Barolos, and a few others! Chef Steve will curate a meal to compliment these bold wines as Mauro Manzone regales you with stories from his 5 generations of winemaking.

Chefs Steve and Jono will once again prepare a 4 course dinner, served family-style, with nods to the "traditional" meal. However, their interpretations of turkey, green beans, and pumpkin will astound your pallet. This one will be loads of fun AND much less stressful than your big family meal the following week.
