o Phoenixville Chocolate Chunk Cookie – Our house special cookie! A classic brown sugar cookie with chunks of 64% dark chocolate, bits of pretzels and a sprinkle of Maldon Sea Salt. o Rocket Pop Cookie – Relive the classic popsicle flavor, but in cookie form! A classic sugar cookie swirled with cherry and blue raspberry flavor. Finished with lime glaze and star sprinkles to celebrate Independence Day! o Peanut Butter Smores Cookie – The iconic summer dessert, with a peanut butter twist. Graham cracker and peanut butter dough, filled with chocolate chips and stuffed with marshmallow.

Croissants: Our croissants are made in house, and are a three day process! Definitely a labor of love, made with European style butter. Plain Butter Croissant – The perfect classic croissant! Yeasted dough laminated between layers of European butter, shaped in the traditional French style. Chocolate Croissant – A fan favorite! 48% chocolate batons wrapped in our classic croissant dough. Finished with cocoa nibs and Maldon sea salt.

o Pina Colada Danish – Take a mental vacation to the beach with this island inspired danish! Pineapple and coconut filling baked with a maraschino cherry into our Swiss Brioche dough. Finished with toasted coconut flakes and a cocktail umbrella. o Blood Orange Almond Danish – Almond frangipane and blood orange curd stuffed into our Swiss Danish dough. Baked with a blood orange slice, finished with an orange simple syrup glaze.

Blueberry Scone with Lemon Glaze – Our house special scone! The perfect drop scone, bursting with blueberries and finished with demerara sugar and a tart lemon glaze. Raspberry “Blob” White Chocolate Scone – Our classic scone recipe filled with raspberries and white chocolate chips. Finished with demerara sugar and dipped in a raspberry glaze. Finished with candy eyes to resemble The Blob! o Neither scones are gluten free. Contain dairy/eggs.

o Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin – Our vegan pastry option! A classic vegan muffin stuffed with lemon and poppy seeds. Finished with a lemon streusel and lemon glaze. o Tiramisu Muffin – Who says tiramisu can’t be gluten free?! A coffee infused, chocolate chip gluten free muffin batter filled with coffee cream cheese filling. Finished with demerara sugar.

o Lychee Berry Pop Tart – Our classic house made pastry dough stuffed with mixed berry jam. Glazed with a lychee glaze and finished with freeze dried strawberry powder. o Peanut Butter and Jelly Pop Tart – Our classic house made pastry dough stuffed with grape jam. Finished with peanut butter meringue.
