• Our schedule is open 60 days at a time and our weekend reservations fill up quickly.
• Each reservation has a 2 hour time limit per table that begins from the selected arrival time, not the actual arrival time.
Late arrivals do not receive an extension of time. Your entire party needs to be seated within 15 minutes of your scheduled arrival time or the reservation will be cancelled. Please call us if you are running late so we can try our best to accommodate your party.
• A 20% gratuity (SERVICE CHARGE WILL SHOW ON RECEIPT) will be applied to all parties.
• Due to the size of our dining room and for the enjoyment of all of our guests, we cannot accommodate parties with more than 4 children under the age 12. ** Unless event is specific to children (i.e. Private party, Children's story book event) CHILDREN MUST STAY SEATED AND NOT MOVE ABOUT. This is for the safety of the child and the other guests and staff.
• If you plan on bringing a child that requires a seat or highchair, please account for them in your guest count *You will need to choose a tea package for any person sitting or eating in the tea room.

Our Afternoon Tea Experience is open Thursday - Sunday 11:00am - 3:00pm and by reservation only. Each reservation is for 2 hours. Upon making a reservation, please let us know in the SPECIAL REQUESTS NOTES which Tea Package each person in your party will be enjoying. WE CANNOT ACCOMODATE A VEGAN DIET OR LIFE THREATENING GLUTEN FREE DIETS AS OUR KITCHEN IS NOT STRICTLY GLUTEN FREE. This was the cutest tearoom! We ordered the “duchess” tea experience and it was adorable! We had scones, petit fours, truffles, fruit, and so much more. I loved the almond tea and the butterbeer tea! Such a fun, girly outing!
