We teamed up with Tripping Animals to push this hazy DIPA into full-on juice mode. Krush, Dolcita, and Zuma combine for waves of mango puree, fuzzy peach, and sweet citrus, layered over a creamy, cloud-like body. Big, expressive, and dangerously drinkable.

This medium-bodied Amber Ale brings subtle caramel sweetness and toasty bread notes, balanced with just enough herbal hop character from Willamette to keep each sip refreshing. It's a beer that feels both familiar and endlessly drinkable. P3 Amber delivers a classic flavor profile of toasted bread, caramel and herbal nuances. P3 Hefe is our take on the classic Bavarian-style wheat ale. Brewed with a traditional yeast strain, it delivers notes of ripe banana, soft clove spice, and fresh baked bread. Light-bodied, naturally hazy, and highly refreshing with a smooth, effervescent finish.

Over the last six years, we've developed many styles of beer—lagers, hazies, fruited beers, seltzers, barrel-aged offerings, and many more. We take pride in not having a singular focus, but instead embracing our past brewpub mentality of offering a wide gamut of beer for people to choose from—specific to occasions or moods. Today, we introduce P3 Lager. A new lager to join the many we brew throughout the year, but with a goal to fit any occasion. A pale lager built from premium pilsner malt, a blend of specialty malts that add character, noble hop presence, and cold-fermented with German lager yeast. Built for balance—not too hoppy, not too malty, just enough body to keep it interesting—and packaged in 12oz 6-pack cans so it’s easy to knock a few back.

Spring has arrived to bring us warmer weather, and what better way to celebrate the season than with a P3 Maibock. This 6.8% crushable German lager features crisp notes of toasty freshly baked bread. Smooth & refreshing after a long wait in our horizontal lagering tanks, this one is ready to be enjoyed.

Welcome back one of our favorite premium lagers, P3 Mexican Lager. Brewed with premium malts and topped up with a dash of Noble hop spice, this 5.5% lager's crispy, grainy and herbal notes are here to quench your thirst.

This Czech-style Polotmavý pours a deep amber with a clean, toasty malt backbone from a blend of pilsner malt and specialty caramel malts. Hints of caramel and a touch of spice from noble hops keep it crisp and balanced.

A beer style that divides, yet we are here to bring some unity. The matly character of a traditional vienna style lager is combined with a small portion of cherry wood smoked barley. Sweet, but relatively subtle smoke character with notes of toasted bread and preserved strawberries. Easy drinking and in our opinion, one of the more perfect lagers to drink when the weather is cold.

Meet our easygoing oatmeal stout built for cold-weather drinking. Layered with chocolate and caramel malts and just enough roast to keep it balanced. A creamy mouthfeel from flaked oats ties it all together. Perfect alongside a hearty stew or a slice of your favorite deep dish.

Pixel Density is our flagship Citra-only 6.5% Hazy IPA. Notes of grapefruit, lemon and soft-orange atop a smooth, pillowy body.

Expect rich notes of cocoa powder, biscuits, and a whisper of dark roasted coffee. Low ABV, but big on flavor.

A blend of midwest malted barley with a heavy focus on orange pulpy Simcoe with support from lemony centennial and a little bit of tropical forward citra in the kettle. Straw colored, with just enough sweetness to balance the bitterness.

This one’s for the whole Bourbon Belly crew and all their spots. We brewed it with the nearby Prairie Path and Great Western Trail in mind—a clean, bright West Coast Pale Ale to put back after a long day outside. Leans hard into that classic Mosaic & El Dorado combo for a sharp hit of citrus and pine. Featured hops: Mosaic, El Dorado
