Broccoli. One of Other Half's most iconic beers, brewed by us at Phase Three for Freaky Friday. While they brewed our Pixel back in Brooklyn, we took on their flagship hazy DIPA here in the suburbs of Chicago. Loaded with wheat, oats, Strata, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Pineapple, citrus, mango, and white grape. Dense and juicy from start to finish. Their beer, our hands. No veggies were harmed in the making of this beer. Enjoy.

Crunchee Whip. Another collab with our buds from Brooklyn. Banana, Saigon cinnamon, and granola in a soft serve inspired beer. Creamy, tropical, and a little crunchy in all the right ways.

Our German Pilsner is brewed exclusively with all German hops, lager yeast, and pilsner malt for a crisp & lightly floral character with a pleasing, subtle mild bitterness that developed after hanging out in a horizontal lagering tank

First brewed in 2023 as one of two beers to celebrate the opening of our Elmhurst Taproom + Kitchen - welcome back, 494. This 7.7% double dry-hopped hazy double IPA features lush notes of stone fruit, sweet berries, and coconut wrapped up in a rendering of our inside mural created by Mia Larson.

The second beer we brewed in honor of the grand opening of our Elmhurst Taproom + Kitchen in September 2023, Spring Road is saturated with notes of white grape, tropical fruit, and citrus in a 7.7 double dry-hopped hazy double IPA package featuring the beautiful + iconic outside mural painted by Mia Larson.

A blend of midwest malted barley with a heavy focus on orange pulpy Simcoe with support from lemony centennial and a little bit of tropical forward citra in the kettle. Gold colored, with just enough sweetness to balance the bitterness.

Concord Grape. Pomegranate. So Ripe. Deep, dark fruit with a bright tart edge. Bold concord grape and juicy pomegranate, crisp acidity, and a clean dry finish. 5% ABV.

Hops: Citra, Rakau, Medusa, + Galaxy Take a stroll along Cloud Street! This 7.7% double dry-hopped hazy double IPA features juicy notes of ripe stone fruit, apricot, and orange with a fluffy, cloud-like mouthfeel.

Swells, but turned all the way up. Citra, Simcoe, and Centennial anchored by a touch of Nelson, adding a layer of bright tropical fruit and white grape that opens the whole thing up. 8% with a bigger body to carry it, but with the same dry finish. This one's for Swells Week only.

Over the last six years, we've developed many styles of beer—lagers, hazies, fruited beers, seltzers, barrel-aged offerings, and many more. We take pride in not having a singular focus, but instead embracing our past brewpub mentality of offering a wide gamut of beer for people to choose from—specific to occasions or moods.T We introduce P3 Lager. A new lager to join the many we brew throughout the year, but with a goal to fit any occasion. A pale lager built from premium pilsner malt, a blend of specialty malts that add character, noble hop presence, and cold-fermented with German lager yeast. Built for balance—not too hoppy, not too malty, just enough body to keep it interesting—and packaged in 12oz 6-pack cans so it’s easy to knock a few back.

Cryptid Haze is a big, sensory swirl that lands soft on Pilsner malt and oat fluff. Galaxy brings a rush of passionfruit and peach, bold and juicy, while Nelson Sauvin weaves in white grape and tropic vibes—smooth and mysterious. Mosaic Cryo lights it up with blueberry and a dank edge.
