Made with our rich, slow cooked beef broth, eye round, brisket, flank, tripe, and meatball. Served with a side of bean sprouts, fresh herbs, and garnish with yellow and green onions. Note: Our eye round beef is served rare, designed to cook gently in the steaming hot pho broth for optimal tenderness and flavor. If you prefer it fully cooked, please inform your server.
