All spring rolls are made with your choice of protein, rice vermicelli noodles, fresh lettuce, and bean sprouts, delicately wrapped in thin rice paper. Served with a side of peanut sauce, while egg rolls come with a side of fish sauce. Each order comes with 2 pieces.

Each Vietnamese sandwich is prepared with butter, cucumbers, cilantro, jalapeños, and pickled carrots and daikon, all served in a crispy French baguette.

All noodle soups are served with a fresh plate of beansprouts, lime wedges, basil, cilantro, and thinly sliced jalapeños. Our beef noodle soups feature a rich beef broth, while chicken noodle soups are paired with a delicate chicken broth. The cuts of beef we offer include eye of round steak, lean and fatty brisket, well-done flank, soft tendon, white tripe, skirt flank, and beef meatballs.
