Overall, we had a great dining experience and really enjoyed our meal. The food was delicious as always, and everything we ordered was flavorful and well-prepared. The only downside this time was the shrimp ceviche tostada. It seems the preparation has changed since our previous visits. The ceviche was drizzled with a different sauce that tasted sweet—almost like a teriyaki-style sauce—which didn’t pair well with the dish in our opinion. This has always been one of our go-to favorites here, so it was a bit disappointing that it didn’t meet the usual expectations this time. We also noticed that the cups of water had an off smell, as if they hadn’t been washed thoroughly, which took away slightly from the experience. Other than those issues, everything else was great like always. We’ll definitely be back and are hoping the ceviche returns to its original style next time.
