In 2016 winemaker Will Henry and restaurateur Kali Kopley opened Pico at the Los Alamos General Store to connect visitors with the freshest local ingredients available. Housed inside the 1880 Los Alamos General Store, the restaurant is named after local legend and California 'bandito' Salomon Pico who terrorized the Los Alamos Valley in the 1850s.
