Fruit Punch Sour // 4.8% - A near perfect blend of pomegranate, tangerine, and dark cherry make for this sun crusher reminiscent of your favorite childhood fruit punch. Oh yeah!

Blackberry Whiskey Sour // 8.5% - A twist on the classic favorite, our Blackberry Whiskey Sour. Well balanced whiskey notes are subtle but spirited and textured with a hint of bright lemon peel. Notes of ripe blackberry emerge, imparting a soft, jammy sweetness that provides a masterful counterpoint to the tartness.

Hibiscus Moscow Mule // 8.5% - Bold ginger and a hint of zesty lime provide the signature Mule kick, while hibiscus adds a delicate floral note and a subtle, tea-like dryness that elevates every sip. The result is a perfectly balanced cocktail—bright, herbal spiciness, lightly sweet, with a clean finish and a ginger warmth that lingers beautifully on the tongue.

Made with real, natural ingredients, this cocktail captures the essence of a hand-crafted drink—no artificial flavors, no shortcuts.

American Lager // 4.5% - At the intersection of utility and indulgence stands the American Lager. Brewed to stock the fridge and delight the occasional beer drinker, Industry Plant steps into the macro giant's shadows with a slingshot in hand.

Cerveceria Paracaidista // West Coast Pilsner // 4.9% // A Love Letter to Chicago - Apapacho" is a Mexican term that means a warm, welcoming hug. Chicago has given us a metaphorical hug since day one and this beer is our symbolic hug in return. Combining our love for crisp, clean lager and dank, new-world hops, this Pilsner has it all. Bright notes of mandarin and kiwi dry out to spicy, noble hop bitterness. Thanks, Chicago!

Mexican Lager // 5.5% - The Mexican Lager brewed by Mexicans. Light bodied, without sacrificing a drinkable body. Refreshing and dry, but with enough character and hoppy bite to give it some taste. Yeast is reminiscent of those big mexican macro beers, only tastier.

NA Pilsner // <0.5% - Clean and easy. Years Pilsner brings a golden pour, lean malt, and a gentle hit of Zuper Saazer noble hops. Floral, lightly herbal, a touch of spice, then a dry finish that makes you want another sip. It’s the classic you reach for any time of day, minus the alcohol.

NA Pale Ale // <0.5% - Brewed like the early craft classics. Cascade, Citra, and Centennial bring bright grapefruit, citrus peel, and a touch of pine over a crisp, balanced base. Plenty of hop character without the heaviness. All the reasons people fell in love with pale ale, just without the alcohol.

NA Belgian Wit // <0.5% - A classic Belgian-style wit with an easygoing twist. Naturally hazy with a soft, silky body. Orange leads the way, lifted by zesty aromatics, with a light touch of coriander for subtle spice. Lively carbonation, crisp finish, and a fruit-forward profile that stays bright and drinkable.

Italian Pilsner // 4.8% - A crisp, floral and herbaceous hop profile is backed with a light body reminiscent of cracker, bread middle, and sunshine.

Cerveceria Paracaidista // Hoppy Saison // 5.3% - Hailing from Mexico City, this hoppy, crispy sipper keeps you awake while you sunbathe. Cerveceria Paracaidista's flagship brew, dry-hopped with a boat-load of mosaic hops, bring florals to the nose and waves to the mind.

West Coast IPA // 7% - Can you see the forest through the trees? Peer beyond the brush and boughs to sip a bit of fresh-cut history. With a honeyed malt backbone, we let the hops shine on this one with deep citrus rind notes and the clean, sharp bitterness of a long breath on a cold day.

Gose with Dragonfruit // 4.5% Brewed with an ancient recipe handed down by a Master Shaolin monk. Our favorite gose, now with prickly pear and dragonfruit.

Hoppy Lager // 6.2% Across the cosmos (or really just the distance of Logan Square), we've brought together a dynamic combination. We feel you shouldn't have to choose between a thiolized, new-world IPA and an easy drinking, crisp lager, so we threw our brains in the particle accelerator and came up with these paired offerings. Our Lunar Dawn has huge amounts of kiwi, green grape, and white melon which clips off to a grassy-dryness that's perfect for the anytime the sun's out in space.

Hazy IPA // 6.5% - Come here. Try this. Drink up. Assertive yet accessible, Agro Pop's monumental hop presence is built on the backbone of a strong malt foundation. Aromas of passionfruit, strawberry, and peach lead to a soft bitterness and clean finish.
