Join us on 2/23 at the Walnut Kitchen at 6 pm for the first edition of our sushi with friends. Chef Ilynn Stevens will take you through rice cooking procedures, ingredient handling and then work with you on the knife and sushi prep skills necessary to cut, roll and garnish 4 different sushi selections. Eat what you make. Wine, Beer & Saki are available for purchase. Soft Beverages included. This is a 1.5 hour class. Pricing is for two people that will work at the same station. All tools including an apron are provided. Tickets are non refundable due to the small nature of the class(12 total people). Gratuity included in price.
