Tucked in the heart of Greenport on the beautiful North Fork, Pip’s is where locals and visitors come to catch up, grab a scratch-made baked good, and enjoy the kind of breakfast or lunch that doesn’t feel like an afterthought.
Every morning, we bake everything fresh - croissants, cookies, donuts, danishes - you name it, we’re rolling it out. Whenever possible, we use locally sourced ingredients to ensure freshness and support our North Fork community. Our breakfasts, sandwiches, soups, and salads are made with care - real food, no shortcuts. And yes, our coffee is brewed to perfection, just the way it should be.
We started Pip’s with a simple goal: to build a space where good food and good company come together naturally. A cozy, neighborhood spot where everyone feels like - and is treated like - a regular.
Come say hi.
