l've been here quite a few times. I'm not sure if there's a misunderstanding in the way the gelato is filled in the pint containers. The filled box didn't feel like it's filled properly. It's just 10 min from my home And soon after coming home, I simply opened the box and a little bit melted texture made it settle down properly and proved what I felt was true. Very disappointing the way how seriously this service is taken.
