We’re excited to host you! To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review our reservation guidelines: 1. Reservation Requirements Reservations are recommended for groups of 6 or more. Smaller parties are welcome on a walk-in basis. 2. Deposit A deposit is required for large groups, private events, or peak time slots. Deposits are applied to your final bill and are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of your reservation. 3. Arrival Time Please arrive on time. Reservations will be held for up to 15 minutes. After that, your space may be released. 4. Cancellations & Changes We understand things come up. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations or significant changes to your party size to avoid forfeiting your deposit. 5.Outside Food & Drinks No outside food or beverages are allowed unless previously arranged. 6.Duration Standard reservations are for a 2-hour window. Longer stays can be arranged in advance depending on availability. 7.Conduct We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations for guests who are disruptive or violate venue policies. 8. Pixel Palace is retro arcade and bar filled with classic arcade games and pinball. Full bar with your favorite alcohol and 20 beers on tap. Along with a variety of food options from our kitchen. Allowing both young and old to enjoy the gaming experience in a relaxed, fun atmosphere.
