I hate to use the word “crust.” The toppings float on an airy and crisp bread that’s more like focaccia. The cheese carmelizes at the edge but never tastes burned. The toppings are premium, and I appreciate that there isn’t an up-charge for plant-based protein. Speaking of plant-based, I encourage anyone to try the vegan wings. I’ve never found anything like them. Crisp. Satisfyingly chew, not rubbery. Tears apart easily. Firm, not spongy. Boneless, obviously, which means more meatiness. Love them.
