Inspired by the historic Neapolitan pizzas from Napoli. Our “Nuvopolitan” pizza is an American twist on this traditional style. We use 100% finely milled “00” Italian flour for our dough. Our sauce is from California sourced fresh vine-ripened tomatoes, We use a blend of whole and skim milk mozzarella, sharp cheddar, and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. We feature premium “cup & char” style pepperoni preferred by the best pizzaiolos!
