Pitmaster's sampler! This plate feeds 2 and comes with 1/4lb brisket, 1/4lb pulled pork, 1/2lb pork spare ribs & one sausage link plus 2 sides of your choice and a small cornbread --If the Pitboss is marked out of stock try calling the restaurant. Chances are we are sold out of one of the meats and can substitute another!

Wing Wednesday! Smoked and fried, a mix of drums and flats. Your choice of Podnah's sauce or dry rub. Available all day Wednesdays. Occasionally available throughout the week if we get a wild hair to smoke some.

Feed your whole pack! Full rack of ribs, 1lb brisket, 1lb pulled pork & 2 sausage links plus 3 pints of sides of your choice. Feeds 8-10.

Available every Sunday until sold out! Shaved smoked prime rib, grilled onion and peppers, queso & horseradish cream on a bun
