SALTA is a modern Argentine-inspired live-fire steakhouse from Pomo Restaurant Group. The restaurant centers its experience around an open wood-and-charcoal parrilla, with steaks, seafood, vegetables and shareable dishes cooked over live fire. The concept combines Argentine asado traditions with a contemporary dining room, a 25+ seat central bar and an indoor-outdoor hospitality experience.
