Porch Fried Chicken

Porch Fried Chicken is a small, local, family-run fried chicken joint in Rochester, Minnesota serving crispy broasted chicken, stacked sandwiches, bowls, salads, cold drinks, cocktails, shakes, and comfort food made from scratch. Our chicken is brined for 24 hours, hand dredged, and cooked fresh — no shortcuts, no frozen nonsense, and no “good enough.” Just really good chicken made the hard way because it makes all the difference. Whether you’re here for spicy fried chicken, honey butter biscuits, healthy peckin’, porch cocktails, or just good food with good people, Porch is all about slowing down, kicking back, and eating something worth craving.
