Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. For delays, kindly notify us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is provided. After that, your reservation may be adjusted or released. Partial parties will be seated at the scheduled time, and guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be seated.
Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the tea room
Cancellations: Changes or cancellations require 24 hours' notice to avoid fees. For special events, holidays, or large parties, additional notice may be needed.
Special Accommodations: We’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions or seating preferences with advance notice.
