This is our take on a soulful spinach artichoke dip. A mix of cream cheese, mayo, braised collards, crab meat, shredded cheese, and some old bay popped into a pan and broiled ‘til melty.

Who doesn’t love deviled eggs? We combine all the ingredients of deviled eggs and top it with bacon ham jam and chives, served with crostinis.

Halved and par baked brussels fried crispy to order, tossed in “Ivan’s” hot sauce. A funky sauce with a sambal fermented chili garlic sauce that’s balanced with citrus, cilantro, parsley, and emulsified with oil.

Cream cheese, mayo, diced pimento peppers, and shredded cheese. We punch ours up with some sharp cheddar powder and some pickles for acid. Balled up, then dredged in panko and fried golden brown to be served with a drizzle of sweet chili sauce.

Choice of White or Golden BBQ, pickled celery on the side. We start by smoking our wings and cooling them before picking up to order. They’re flash fried to quickly set the skin. The result is juicy, smokey, charred wings.

Memphis is known for its dry rub. We smoke our ribs over hickory wood and pick them up in a tangy BBQ sauce. Served with choice of supplement.

House smoked pork shoulder in a spicy tangy chile verde. Baked in a cast iron and topped with shredded cheese. Served with grilled flour tortillas.
