RESERVATION POLICY Your reservation is subject to change. If so, you will receive a text message or call if your reserved time is in conflict with restaurant operations. Upon arrival, please check in at the host stand with your entire party and wait to be seated. We will only seat complete parties. Please understand, this is solely due to the seating capacity, dining time, and size of the restaurant. We respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated with your entire party at the time of your reservation. This is to ensure the best possible level of service to all of our guests. Our ability to accommodate changes to your reservation time and party size is extremely limited. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation or decline any same day reservation changes if there is failure to notify us less than 24 hours before your scheduled reservation time. LATE SEATING We ask all of our guests to understand that we will only hold your reservation for 15 minutes past your reserved time. If you do anticipate a late arrival, please contact us as soon as possible at 757-500-1985. After 15 minutes we will cancel your reservation and consider this a no show. Any reservation canceled and considered a no show after 15 minutes with no communication with staff regarding a late arrival will be treated as a walk in “First come first served basis.” We will still make our best efforts to accommodate you and your party. CANCELLATIONS If you are unable to make your reservation, please cancel within 24 hours. Prime 255 relies on reservations being honored by our guests and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations. You can cancel a reservation online or by calling us directly. LARGE PARTY POLICY A large party is considered to be any group of 13 or more guests. For parties larger than 12 please contact us directly for reservations and additional details. You will not be able to schedule a reservation online. There is an automatic 20% gratuity added to each bill for large parties. SERVICE CHARGES All parties (excluding large parties) will have 18% Gratuity automatically added to their bill. Every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday night there will be a $5 Entertainment fee included on your bill for our Prime Time Live Band and featured guests. THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING PRIME 255 ON GRANBY!
