Fantastic! Wonderful sandwich! We did the Coppola with two changes: Use the schiaccada bread (spelling?) and ask for a cup of extra vodka sauce to dip the sandwich in. The bread soaks up the sauce put on it. And dipping before you take a bite greatly enhances the taste. If you do not make the bread change, no need to get a cup of sauce because the torpedo bread does not soak up the sauce. But the schiaccada bread (made in house) is so wonderful, it is worth the switch.
