Such a great surprise! We found this by accident and were delighted. Owners Ivan and Troy were lovely, and I met a beer hero Christine Celis… working on a collab with the Prost team and I can’t wait to try it later this year! When I first arrived in Texas 30 years ago, a friend introduced me to the Celis Wit at Threadgills and it was magic. So happy to see Celis back! And love seeing them Collab with other local brewers. How fun! And tasty!
