Those ribs were so spectacular. I almost cried. Cooked perfectly, smoke ring, and flavor off the chart and the candied finish. Smack your grandma good.
We had lunch there, and everything was fantastic! Everyone on the staff is great. Stella is outstanding! She greeted us as soon as we arrived. Stella made us feel like we were special. She has wonderful relationships with her customers. She knows them, and they know her. Stella makes perfect suggestions. We bought the delicious banana pudding to go because of talking with Stella and sampling it. I spent 40 years of my life learning how to provide customer service and teaching others how to do the same. Stella knows how! So does the staff, and it begins with fantastic products. The barbecue is delicious, the portions are very generous, and the price is right. You have to try Q Daddy’s soon. Tell Stella that I sent you. Don’t forget to take home some banana pudding!
